K-12 School Program Scholarship Application

This scholarship application is for K-12 educators who plan to bring their classes on one of ISEA’s programs in Suttons Bay or Traverse City, Michigan. As demand for program financial assistance continues to increase, we are unable to award all scholarship requests due to funding restrictions which fluctuate from year to year. Receipt of funding one year does not guarantee any future funding. Schools must apply for funding annually.

Review the guidelines below to determine if your school may qualify for a scholarship and the possible amount received.

Scholarship applications will be reviewed collectively for each Schoolship season. Scholarship preference will be given to schools that meet the listed criteria and meet the application deadline. Even if your school’s student population falls outside of the criteria listed above, you are still welcome to apply as we occasionally have extra funding that can be provided to those schools that may not meet our standard criteria. This is also true for schools applying for funding after the application deadline has passed.

All scholarship recipients are REQUIRED to complete the following: 

  1. Teacher completes Teacher Survey within one month after their program.
  2. Thank you letters to funder within one month after the program.
