Dorm Accommodations

Provide a memorable experience for your students by extending your stay in Suttons Bay. A 40-bed on-site dormitory space is available for schools to rent before, during, and after their programming with Inland Seas. Our ship-inspired bunks provide guests with the unique experience of feeling like they’re sleeping on a ship.

Staying at the Capt. Thomas M. Kelly Biological Station includes more than just sleeping quarters! You’ll also have access to:

  • our outdoor classroom
  • a gas grill
  • a fire pit
  • a classroom set of bicycles*

Our convenient location in Downtown Suttons Bay puts us within walking distance of several restaurants and a local grocery store which makes meals for the masses a breeze. We hope you will consider extending your stay with us!

*Classes staying in our dorms have the opportunity to participate in our Cycle Suttons Bay program free of charge (pre-arrangement required).
